Russell W. Mood

Russell W. Mood, 100, of Bedminster Township, died Monday, Feb. 5, 2001 in the Phoebe Richland Healthcare Center, Richlandtown.

He was born in Bedminster, a son of the late George and Elizabeth (Miller) mood. He was the oldest member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Kellers Church.

Mr. Mood worked at a former box factory in Quakertown a number of years before retiring in 1962. He also raised chickens on his property in Bedminster for a number of years, and worked many years for the former Branch Creamery of Bedminster.

One of eight children, he is survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral Home, Quakertown. Interment will follow at Kellers Church Cemetery, Kellers Church.
