WILL OF MARY ZELLNER, #4592, Believed to be the wife of Charles Selner

In the name of God Amen. I Mary Zellner of Haycock Township in the County of Bucks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being advanced in years but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God, knowing that it is appointed for all persons to die, and being willing and desirous to settle all my worldly affairs do make this my last will and testament in manner following § First I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and discharged out of my estate by my executor hereafter named Him I order that all my wearing apparel shall be equally divided among my daughters. Him I order that my executor shall sell all my household goods at public sale and the money from such sale, together with all the remainder of my money I give and bequeath to my eight children and their lawful heirs; John, Charles, Daniel, Elisabeth, Catherine, Mary, Susanna, Magdelene, to be equally divided among them in eight equal parts, provided always; it is my will that my executor hereinafter named shall put my daughter Susanna’s part of money upon interest with good security during her life, the interest to be paid to her yearly as long as she lives & after her death her part shall be paid to her children: but if my daughters husband Phillip Herring should die before my daughter Susanna then it is my will that her part shall be paid to her in full. And lastly I nominate my constitute and appoint my son-in-law Henry Burger of Haycock Township to be the executor of this my will hereby revoking all other wills legacies, and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereinto set my hand &seal the twenty eighth day of October anno domini one thousand eight hundred and fifteen. Mary Zellner X (her mark)

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Zellner and for her last will and testament which in her presence and at her request and have hereinto set our hands as witnesses. Saml. Fluck and Frederick Sauliner

Appeared before me & on their solemn oaths did depose and say that they were present & saw Mary Zelner the testatrix sign seal & publish the foregoing writing as it for her last will & testament and that she was at the time to the best of her knowledge & belief John Tugh, Regs.

Bucks County § be it remembered that on the 9th of January 1819 the foregoing last will & testament of Mary Zilner was duly proven when letters testamentary thereon was granted unto Henry Burger the executor therein named he having first been duly sworn well & truly to administer the same according to law. Witness my hand John Tugh, Reg.
