Plumstead Friends Meeting House – Plumstead Township Bucks County <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been researching my Bucks County ancestral tree for many years. At the moment I am concentrating on the VanLuvanee Family. They settled in New Britain in the late 1700’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that the Bucks County Vanluvanee’s are related to the VanLewvenigh’s of Wilmington Delaware. I have not been able to find any definitive documentation that proves this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are names that are the same in both Delaware and Bucks County, Philip, Israel and Zachariah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eli Vanluvanee is my Great Great Grandfather and he was born in 1800. He married at 50 to Susan Swope who was 20. They had 12 children and my Great Mother was the 11th child. As a child I saw her many times.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
