~ Borough of Riegelsville

Robert A. Litz, age 80, of Riegelsville, PA, died Saturday, April 30, in St. Lukes Hospice, Lower Saucon Twp., PA. He was last employed as supervisor of Labor Relations for the Ingersol Rand Corporation, Phillipsburg, NJ for over 31 years, retiring in 1995. He was born July 1, 1930 in Hellertown, PA. A son of the late Harold and Mary Kramer Litz, Sr.

Joseph E. Joe Chavar, 74, of Durham Township, Pa, died Sunday, April 17, 2011 in St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born March 22, 1937 in Williams Township, he was a son of the late Anthony and Mary Tollarovich Chavar.

Alan "Lanny" Cook, Jr., age 74, died, June 20, 2010 in his home in Narberth, Pa.. Recently he assisted his brother, Daniel Cook, on the family farms in Durham and Riegelsville, Pa. and Finesville, N.J. He was born Sept. 4, 1936 in Riegelsville, Pa. A son of the late Alan Cook and Isabelle Fretz Lippincott. Mr. Cook was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Riegelsville.

Dorothy M. Kale, 80, formerly of Riegelsville, PA died Saturday in Old Orchard Health Care Center, Bethlehem, Twp., PA. She was born March 8, 1931 in Lower Saucon Twp., PA, a daughter of the late Calvin and Mary Ernst Kunsman. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, Riegelsville
