 DOUGLAS N. HOCKMAN

DOUGLAS N. HOCKMAN of Athens, Tenn., a native of Bedminster and longtime resident of McMinn County, passed away February 16 at his residence. He was 68.

He was a son of the late RALPH H. and KATHRYN STRAWN HOCKMAN and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Mr. Hockman was a self-employed construction worker and served in the U.S. Army.

Funeral services were at Woodward Avenue Church of God, with the Rev. Clayton Alward officiating. Pallbearers were JOSIAH ELLIS and RYAN, BLAKE, BRYAN, GARY, BRAD and ERIC HOCKMAN. Honorary pallbearer will be BRANDON KING.

Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery. Arrangements were by Ziegler Funeral Home, Athens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Feed the Children, P.O. Box 36, Oklahoma City, OK 73101-0036.
